Description	There are a private shower and a private toilet. Color TV in the room. You can sit down in the common dining-room which is for the 3 rooms. You can enjoy the garden. The indicated price is for 2 persons. The costs (electricity, heating) are included. We want a deposit to confirm the booking. No money is needed as guarantee.	You are alone in a cottage which is maximum for 7 persons. You have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room whith color TV(sat), two gardens with garden furniture and barbecue.
Prices		The indicated price is for the renting of the house. The costs are a supplement. They depend on your consumption (electricity, water, heating – we take note of the meters). We want a deposit to confirm the booking. When you arrive, you pay the price for the renting as well as a guarantee (100 Eur) that we pay back when you leave after deduction of the costs.
Sheets	Everything is provided.	Bed sheets and bath towels aren’t provided. We can supply them (extra supplement)
Breakfast	Of course breakfast is included in the price.	Breakfast isn’t included.
Cleaning	Cleaning is included in the price.	We call on someone for the cleaning (25 Eur.) . If you want, you can do the cleaning yourself and save 25 Eur.
Situation	In a small calm village on the hill. Our house is a starting place for a lot of walks.	In a very little hamlet along the river « Ambleve ».
